Important information
Exact Online applies limits to API calls:
Per-minute limit: your application can make 60 API calls per company per minute.
Daily limit: your application can make 5,000 API calls per company per day.
Default client data
By default, we import the following data:
Client ID;
Client's full name;
Primary email address;
Primary postal address;
Primary phone number;
Language;
VAT number.
Additional client data

| AccountManager | Unique identifier of the account manager associated with the client. |
| AccountManagerFullName | Full name of the account manager associated with the client. |
| AccountManagerHID | Internal numeric identifier of the account manager. |
| Blocked | Indicates whether the account is blocked. |
| ChamberOfCommerce | Chamber of Commerce registration number associated with the account. |
| IsSupplier | Indicates whether the account is also a supplier. |
| MainContact | Unique identifier of the main contact associated with the account. |
| Modified | Date and time when the account was last modified in Exact Online. |
| Name | Name of the account, generally the name of the client or company. |
| Parent | Identifier of the parent account to which this account is linked. |
| PaymentConditionPurchase | Code of the payment condition used for purchases when the account is used as a supplier. |
| PaymentConditionSales | Code of the payment condition used for sales to the client. This condition defines the payment terms applied to the account. |
| PurchaseCurrency | Currency used for purchases from this account, for example |
| Remarks | Free-text remarks stored on the account in Exact Online. |
| RSIN | RSIN number associated with the account. This is an identifier used in the Netherlands for certain organizations and legal entities. |
| SalesCurrency | Currency used for sales to the client, for example |
| SearchCode | Search code used to identify or find the account more easily. |
| Status | Code indicating the status of the account in Exact Online. |
| Website | Website associated with the account. |
